Our People

MFLCC Leadership Group

Fountain of Life Church has a team of deacons and deaconesses that have responsibilities in the church.

Together with the pastors, for spiritual guidance, overall leadership, ministry assessment, discipline, and overall pastoral care, we manage the organisation’s continued presence and ministry within the community.

Together, the pastors and deacons/deaconesses act as the church’s executive body in matters pertaining to the governance of the church.

Each elder, as a general rule, has responsibility for a specific area of the church’s ministry.

Pastor Mercy Richardson (Founder & Leader of MFLCC)
